I recieved the eight Kukris yesterday and was very impressed  with the quality and strength of the blades.
The Operation Iraqi freedom blades that you engraved the USMC emblem on with my son's name and unit were impressive.  I'm sure our "OIF" blades will become family heirlooms.  Their balance and feel would make them a very fast fighting knife,  while their thick blades would be great for all utility work.  I'm sure when my son's squad sees his blade, you will be getting calls to make more of these! :-) Your workers have done well.  If I need to order Kukuris again, I will definately do so throuth KH.

Hello Khukuri House,

I am pleased to let you know that I have received my order consisting of 3 Angpana for jungles, and 1 Operation Afganistan Freedom. All of which are in perfect condition. The Rose wood handle on the Afganistan khukuri is much nicer than I had previously anticipated - it is nice and chunky, and is very comfortable in the hand.  The horn handles on the Angpanas are very comfortable also, and they look extremely durable. Thank you so much, because I know you made a special effort to do the horn. The blades of all of the khukuris are sharp, and have a nice convex grind, suitable for heavy chopping, and also cutting and slashing. I have not had the opportunity to field test them yet, but I hope to do this over the next week or so. I am sure that there will be no problems as they seem very hefty and strong! They are an amazing display of superb workmanship!  Your customer service has been very good and efficient too.

I would just like say, thank you to the craftsmen who made my beautiful Khukuri. I am holding it now (never far from my side). I am planning a trip into the Australian bush/outback in the Kimberley (where I live) and will be venturing out in a week or two. My Khukuri will be at the ready the whole way.
